Dec. Stations flier

Can anyone give me the name of someone in Marketing to contact about the mailers from Red Rock.

I received my October mailer on Oct 11, my November mailer on November 22 and I just received the December mailer today, December 12.

I don’t know if Red Rock is mailing these out too late or the Post Office is not delivering them in a timely manner. In either case they are useless to me and I would like to let Marketing know that. My last 2 trips to Las Vegas they hadn't arrived before I left on my trips. The November mailing was particularly late.

Given that the USPS is saying they will be delivering even slower, if it is indeed their issue, it would seem to me that an e-mail with the offers and coupons would be cheaper for Stations and more effective for the recipient. I would like to suggest this to the Marketing department.
Well, I'm in CA and received my Stations mailer today (12/13) - I guess I'll have to schedule future trips during the last half of the month!

We are in Texas and received our December mailers on December 17. I don't mind so much because the offers were on line on mystations.com way before that and I had already booked the rooms. But it just doesn't make sense to have the offer end date for the room in February, while the buffet coupons and point multipliers end December 31.
My Stations' mailer always arrives mid month.

We live in California, too, and mid-month arrival generally applies to us as well.
So was surprised today to receive Station's JANUARY offers. Hooray. Maybe a sign of better things to come for 2012.
I live in Ohio and am lucky to get my mailer by mid month.
Got my January mailers.

The only thing the mailers really give you that you don't get online or just by showing up and swiping your card are the buffet coupons.

The buffets use to be good through midweek of the following month so the late arriving mailers didn't really pose much of a problem prior to December. Now they are only good for one month so hopefully those mailers will keep coming in advance from now on.

Also:
It now appears that the freeplay (at least for an out-of-towner like me) is only good if you check into the hotel.

Is that correct?

I think that's generally the case, Brian. Not only do you have to check into the hotel, but you have to be registered under the name AND the specific offer code that appear on the mailer. For example, if it's your offer, the room must be registered under your name -- not your wife's. Or vice versa. And don't forget to download the free play on the kiosk.

Mailed offers come from corporate marketing -- not from the individual casinos. They had some kind of computer glitch which caused the December mailers to go out late, and have had lots of complaints about it. I'm told they're making an effort to get them out earlier in the future.
Got January's last night in the mail (Dec. 28th)
All the casinos now seem to have moved to the "must stay for freeplay" policy. I liked that Stations use to be an exception. Too bad.

I don't really get this policy for out of towners. I know casinos think I will play more if I stay there, but I earned the freeplay while not staying there. If I don't play enough while not staying there again, then don't give me as much freeplay.

Instead I now have an incentive to just book the room and not use it. Of course a "normal" person (non-advantage player) wouldn't usually do that, so I guess it probably works better for them overall. Of course their studies showing that people who stay play more than people who don't stay don't take into account the lost business from the people who don't show up at all.

Case in point, I had planned on going out to RR to pick up my freeplay and gamble between lunch and dinner on Friday, (enough Multistrike Bonus Poker to keep my rating up), but now I don't see much reason to head out there this trip. Not only can't I collect my freeplay, I won't get any new freeplay while gambling there this time around.
