Dec. Stations flier

We both (tcc and bcc) found our $$ freeplays and our 6x points in the Station's kioske on Christmas day and we used both. We also ate the Station buffet using the December Station coupons.

We were staying at Sam's Town. Not Station.

Hmmm.

I wonder what is different for you. Did you see offers at the kiosk that you wheren't able to see online.

I certainly have collected freeplay and point multipliers from Stations in the past (as recently as November)but it used to show up when I looked at my account online under "Offers." I don't see anything like that right now. I see free rooms but no cash back and no multipiers.

All I have is my mailer which says I have $50 in freepaly waiting for me but in the small print it says "Swipe your card at the Kiosk after check-in to get your free slot play."
You can always double book, check in and sleep somewhere else.

> "Swipe your card at the Kiosk after check-in to get your free slot play."

Our mailers say that too. But there it was, in the kioske.

This was the first time we have ever seen the offer money in the kioske. It was a surprise.

Our online offer just lists the free nights, and (if any) paid nights. It does not list the 6x and the money until you get the physical mailer.

It seems to me this is fair. They give the locals their freeplay money just for coming in. They should give us the same welcome. And it frees up the hotel rooms for paying guests.

As I mentioned earlier, this is new. It used to be that after you checked into the hotel, your free play would be uploaded onto your card. Unfortunately, there were occasions where this didn't happen, and supervisors had to email corporate, yada, yada, yada. So now they've put the free play into the kiosk for guests to download themselves.

I have no idea, though, why yours didn't seem to require a hotel check-in. Maybe a mistake in your favor?

I've always said that everybody -- locals and non-locals -- should check "Today's Offers" in the kiosk when entering a Station casino. You never know what might show up there.
No. That's not the way it used to work. Only the lowest level mailers required you to check in to the hotel. My free play was always on my card and waiting to be played. Did this many times until the changeover.
Sue. My concern is that if I have to swipe my card at the Kiosk in order to see if I have any goodies the swipe will register as a day and count towards my daily average. If there are no goodies waiting for me at the Kiosk then I am kinda screwed.
Hotel Offer
January 2, 2012 – January 7, 2012
Valid at: Fiesta Henderson

Be our guest with this special Hotel offer. See your mailer for more details.

This was for an offer I just received in my offers. I will be in LV over the NYE wknd. Sure hope that mailer is there when I get home.

Just a few more bits of information:

Not only was the Station money in the kioske, but the Fiesta offer money was in there, too.

If that money was not in there, we would not have played at Station that day. We would have eaten the Christmas buffet, and then left to go back to Sam's Town.

Now that I think about it, last November, when we actually did stay at a Station, the freeplay money was available in the account even before we checked in to the hotel.

Looks like things are looking up. How this will play out, I don't know.

Okay, this morning we thought that this is a New Year, and a new month, so maybe the new monthly (January?) offers would be in the kioske at the Station casino. So, on the way to the airport, we stopped in at a Station.

Were the next month's free play offers and 6x points in the kisoke??

Yes! They did it again! We each got freeplay and 6x points. We didn't have much time before our flight, but we played it anyway. Great deal.
