Does anyone know what happens to any cashback I had at LVH

I'm pretty sure we cashed out at our last stay, but is there any recovery of any cashback we didn't take?

The casino is open for business and has no plans to close. Why wouldn't you be able to get your cashback?

LVH changed their cashback to free play.

They converted a person's cashback to freeplay.

I'm uncertain if there was a time limit on it or not. If so, then after the time limit was up then
the person lost their cashback and no conversion.

LVH has ended all cashback.

jjjj21, yes that's what concerned me. I'll be there in a couple of weeks and I'll ask what anyone who had cashback should do and by when. For the small amount I remember leaving my last visit, freeplay is fine.

We just haven't played at LVH for about 6 months and I just realized they had stopped the cashback.
