Just wanted to add that even though the buffet does open early (most likely due to the lack of a breakfast spot) and Aliante does not have a coffee outlet like Starbucks, they do set out complimentary coffee in the hotel lobby for hotel guests. They had tea bags so I assume there is hot water as well. This may suffice if all you want is something hot to drink first thing in the morning.
