four queens mailing usually late for april-may

my april trip is right around the corner, in geologic time. I looked at the posts from 2009 about april and may offers not reaching LVA posters until mid-march. I remember calling a host in '09 or '08 and getting booked on casino rate until the offer arrived, then my reservation was altered to match it, by phone. Has anyone else managed this? Good luck!

I've had my Feb/March offer for quite some time now, so hopefully, the April/May offers will be mailed out later this month.

I emailed my host and she took care of it. Just give them your card number and they should be able to hook you up.

thanks, all the help is needed. I actually got all the help i hoped for from the reservationist, and will await my mailer as he specifically stated 'you're getting an offer.' I don't know how much better i can be treated given the stay, and chow, and freeplay i get there. The folks that score more freeplay are no doubt playing for greater stakes than I do. In one example of my play, i didnt collect any cashback for about a year, and took it all -43 dollars- last month. Thats somewhere between 6-8 nights at the property, including some times i'm absolutely sure i never played anything over nickel JOB at full pay! Thanks again and Good Luck!

I called 4Q, since I hadn't received offer as of yet. They made reservation for me in April with comped rooms, and said bring offer with me. I'll be interested to see what amount of food I might be offered. Only stayed there one other time--last April.

My April/May postcard just came today.

Yes, Terry, it's the same as last time -- $200 free play, three nights, meals -- including one in Hugo's. Can only be used once in the 2 month period, but it also says "stay free on April 23 & 24 in addition to your above offer."
