Has anyone been to the June Friday Seafood buffet at Green Valley Ranch or Red Rock? How was it? What was good? Did it also have non-seafood main dishes?

I am torn between the GVR seafood dinner and the Friday Bellagio lunch, which I hear has good fish also. I have had the salmon at the B, so I know it is good.
We aren't interested in crab legs, which we get elsewhere, so that is not an issue.
Anybody been yet? Is the GVR salmon on the carving station like it used to be?
