any input about alliante would be appreciated thanks.......
What are your specific questions?

If you want to do a search on the forums, you should know that Aliante has just one "l" in it.
Oh, THAT Aliante!
Sue: on that note, besides the buffet, what's avail for breakfast there? I don't think they've replaced the Pancake House yet, have they?

fredo
No, not yet. We don't know what's going to be done there. And there's no breakfast except the buffet, which now opens at 7 a.m.

The breakfast thing was what stopped me staying at Aliante last trip and moving to Sunset. Hopefully this will change soon.
Aliante's pool area is a little smaller and probably less crowded. If you are staying at RR, why do you want to get a cabana at another Station's property?
What I'm wondering is why you would want to get a cabana in January? The pool, if open, would be empty with lots of seating around.
Oops. Sorry. I didn't realize you said your trip would be in June. Now that's planning ahead.
