Hotel (Orleans) booking question

Hello!

I've got a question that I hope someone can answer for me...

My hubby has 2 offers at Orleans. He's booked 2 free nights and then on a separate reservation, he's booked 2 nights (consecutively so we'd be staying a total of 4 nights) at a reduced rate on a different offer. The fine print on an offer reads: "This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer." Will this be a problem for us at check-in? I'm hoping we can just combine the 2 reservations to make it easier.

Thanks so much!
Hi Sprat!

If you are concerned they will not honor his offers (combined). I would call a casino host and see if they can help you. My husband and I had offers good through Feb. So I called a casino host, and she set us up for the 4 nights we had asked about for May. I was really surprised when I got an e-mail from her saying she had made the reservation for us (also received confirmation from the hotel). We are pretty low rollers. But she really was kind to us.

It never ever hurts to ask. That way there aren't any surprises when you arrive. Good Luck!!!
Thanks so much! I think I'll give them a call and explain the whole thing to them.
Hi Sprat, sent you a private message. But let me know how it works for you.

You should be fine. Tell them at check-in that you have a back-to-back reservation, and they'll be able to keep you in the same room for all four nights. Worst case you may have to go back to the desk at the halfway point to get new keycards issued.
Hello,

I had 5 nights booked for the Orleans at an offer for $25 a night, Sunday through Thurs. My free rooms offer expired on April 28th and we are arriving on May 15th. The Orleans told me the spring offers were not out yet, so I booked at $25, which is a great rate. The new free night offer just was released for May now, so I booked two comp nights under my husbands name and two comp nights for myself which left us to only pay for the Sunday night at $25. Sweet. I called the Orleans and they have connected all three separate reservations to one so that we do not have to move rooms and they were cool with that. They said they will be glad to see us in May. Five nights for $25.00!
As said above, calling is the right move.
But my understanding is you'll not have a problem. I've done what you've said. The "can't be used in conjunction..." means AT THE SAME TIME -- for example, a reduce room rate with an entry into a Slot Tourney can't be combined with free rooms to get a free entry into a Slot Tourney.

When you check in, point out the two reservations and you won't have to check-out then in with the new reservation.

Thanks so much for the advice!
Just a quick update for anyone who's interested...

We called Orleans and apparently you can't use back-to-back offers (even if they're different offers) in the same person's name. So, hubby & I will just book his 2 free nights followed by my 2 free nights, similar to what "bpahles3" did.
