Hotel rooms with connecting doors????

Connecting doors creep me out !
NYNY
Thanks everyone for the help, I am making a list and checking it twice.....Ho Ho Ho

I am a new memeber and am just wondering about some of the responses.

Of course you may have more noise with a connecting door, but my relative is going to be on the other side. As far as creepy, well....that was just weird to say when I have stated this is a future need that will be a requirement for us when we travel with my Mother who is elderly & handicap. How that can be creepy I have no idea!

I know someone will probably say that was their opinion but what has that to do with the help requested?

you are going to have to grow a much thicker skin if you want to keep posting here.

i am not the one who said connecting doors creep me out, but they actually do creep me out. there is someone behind the door that is only a doorknob turn away! even with the lock, its sort of creepy. but this isnt a dig at you personally, its just a general observation. and im sure the original person who posted it intended it to mean the same thing.

not a personal dig against you. at all.

Golden Nugget
The Mirage also has connecting rooms. I had them a few years ago when traveling with friends. We didn't request them, but it was nice. It made it seem like we had a lot more room.
South Point no connecting rooms would have stayed at Christmas but needed connecting room for partners 96 yr old mother.
Excalibur does. No noisier or creepier than any other room. At least you know that's one door no one has a key to.
4 Queens does....stayed in a suite there and had a connector to a double...Downtown is also a good choice for people who want to go to several hotels but have difficulty ambulating....casinos are a hop skip and a jump form one another unlike the strip where you can walk a long time between each casino
Yea more options!!!! Thanks again for all the posts!!!!!
