Is Sam's Town Lessening Their Room Offers?

We are staying during that stretch where the plumbing is off as well and also got the "courtesy call." They've always treated us well at ST, so I'm sure that they'll handle this situation as best possible. That being said, it is indeed hard to imagine a whole hotel functioning without running water even if it's during the off hours of 10:00-3:00. Just glad that we old enough that we don't stay up past 10:00 anymore.

We are there 23rd to 26th...lucked out on that one. Remember a few years back when it went out for 2 days..2nd & 3rd floors really smelled bad. Fortunately we had double booked and stayed at the other hotel for the two nights.

It strikes me that marketing is random, and taking away a freebie such as the gold card, would be seen by most players in the know as an invitation to play elsewhere. Just sayin', the action I would throw at ST hoping to have the gold card, again, will surely draw offers at 4* joints elsewhere. Ramparts here I come with monthly 2x days making
0,5% cashback real close to + EV. And if offers don't materialize, back to downtown! Stay back, hipsters....I have silver bullets!

My Sam's offers have been the same for the last 2 years.
