Is V/P hurting??? New e-mail

You may not be staying with us, but that doesn't mean you can't experience thrilling gaming, world-class cuisine, Broadway-caliber shows, and shopping like nowhere else on the planet. If those aren't enough reasons to visit us on your next trip, we've got a special offer just to sweeten the deal.

As our gift to you for being a Grazieā„¢ member, the next time you're in town but not staying with us, stop by a Grazie desk for your $20 in Slot Credits or Table Match Play. If you earn 2,250 Grazie Points on the same in one day, we'll give you an additional $40 in Slot Credits or Table Match Play. Come back again the next day for the same great offer; in fact, you can redeem this offer on up to four separate days! Plus, earn up to 9% of your theoretical win back each time you play. You can redeem your Slot Rewards Points for free play or on-property Resort Comps*. To view your current status, visit clubgrazie.com with your ID #.

So stop by for a gondola ride, have an amazing meal, and play to your heart's content with this great package made exclusively for you!

All the best,

For V/P to give me twenty dollars just to walk into their place when I have chosen to stay somewhere else is pretty tempting, but I have already decide to never walk into their establishments again. Until P/V invites me back with a free room as Mlife and CET does.

Does V/P miss the money us average Joe's pumped into their machines when we had comped rooms? From this e-mial that both my wife and I received, I think so!

Soomth move Sheldon!!!

My standards aren't so high! Am I correct in understanding from this offer that I just need to stop by and flash my Grazie card to get $20 in free play--and that I could do this for 4 days in a row?! If so, I suspect I could manage a few trips there when in town next week. Or is this offer unique only to the player's card it was sent to?

I'd be grateful for any clarification--and if it's not unique to a certain player's card/account, I'm even more grateful for you posting this info.

the email I got has the 'this offer is expressly for, etc etc' wording at the bottom.

it also contains the 'maintaining historical level of play' wording, which makes me wonder if you came by and got your $20, cashed out with $20 coin in and came back the next day, if they would let you get another $20

after getting my comp pulled the day before my trip in February, I think V/P is quite willing to use all of the 'management reserves all rights' clauses available to them to keep from getting screwed out of a nickel

I'm with you on this....anyone who has the gumption to do what they did wouldn't hesitate to put the brakes on someone from "abusing" their fp offer. In any event, tagging them for a 20 spot would show they what it feels like by getting screwed.

I got one for $25 per day, or trip? something like that. I didn't dwell on it very long.....

Yes, it had all the terrible disclaimers. ugh.

They really have a suit who "doesn't get it" running the place now. Idiot.

DELETE!

Was still in my Trash..........lol.............yep, a whole $25 FP, but if I made a gajillion more points
in One day, they would raise it to $40.
CLV - I'm with you - just hit the "delete" key. I am suddenly getting all sorts of e-mails from V/P with their wonderful generous offer to allow me to stay for only $129.00! NOT. It is hard to believe that an organization that is so big (and supposedly successful) could be so STUPID!
And how about that awesome sale they announced today for 20 percent off a suite...but only until Thursday so better act fast! HA.

Thanks, Sheldon, for saving me $26. I think I'll stick with free at MGM/Caesars props.
Add to their "offers" the sad fact one can go to almost any travel site like Expedia or Travelocity, let alone Priceline or Hotwire and beat the pants off their special offers. And while you might not get the best in the house with the travel sites I bet you dont through the V/P offers either. In fact had better offers lately through SouthWest Airlines then V/P!

I think those $129 offers come from just regular hotel marketing and not from Club Grazie. There is a link where you can unsubscribe. I did that about a month ago and no more $129/night offers for me. I still got this latest email though
