I stayed in June on a 2 night comp, had cocktails at Social using the 241 coupon given at check in, early bird prix fixe dinner at Nove and charged the service charge from the travelzoo spa certificate to my room. Because it was my first time staying at Palms and Friday was check out day, I stopped at the front desk Thursday afternoon and asked if they could apply the coupon to my room charges. They were able to do so. All the front desk associate saw was the dollar amount not the items charged to the room.
