M mailers

We are visitors and have for the past two years always received M mailers with 2 free buffets then it was cut to 1, along with that we always had free slot play which was reduced the last time. We have not received anything from them for about two months. We have enough points for quite a few buffets but after they run out M will not be so attractive. We like the casino but the drive out there with no offers won't get it. I know right after they opened for a few months we received mailers and then they stopped. I called and they started back up again. Are mailers just going out to locals now.

I don't see anyone posting any offers from them. Our offers stopped about a year ago and so we stopped going. We only go out as far as SP now.

That is our thoughts as well...use points up and after that SP is as far as we go. They stopped our mailers on two occasions and I called and they resumed until about two months ago. As I said we liked the casino but without any offers way too far out to bother with. Will visit May 13/20 a few times and after that.

We had the same thing happen last year. I called to tell them we hadn't received our mailers and within a week we got them. It might be worth a call.

Mine have stopped too! They changed players cards so something might have happened.

My mailers haven't stopped, but then I almost always play a bit there (1 or 2 hours) several times a year.

We play there every trip 6 times a year. We usually play 2 or 3 days and 3/4 hours each day. They quit sending the mailers same as last time. Going to give them a call and see if they are going to send them out to us anymore.

I just called out there and they said not to worry. I told the guy that we did not receive our mailer just go to slot club and show card and they can print it out.

I go to the M about 5 times a year, and I receive monthly mailers for free rooms, buffets, tournaments, shows, etc. I've been told that they treat frequent visitors the best, and, of course, that your offers are tied to your gambling. I find M fairly generous, but I think it helps to have a host there. One thing that disturbed me on my last visit in March was that they've cut the hours of the buffet, so that the latest you can enter is 8:00, and everything is gone by 9:00.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE HAD A MAILING PROBLEM AND REALLY THEY HANDLED IT THE BEST WAY I FEEL THEY COULD. JUST STOP AT CLUB AND VIEW OFFERS. I'm A LITTLE DISAPPOINTE DIN THE BUFFET HOURS AS WELL. WE WERE THERE MARCH 11 THROUGH THE 18 AND VISITED M THREE TIMES. TWO TRIPS WERE GOOD ONE WAS REALLY BAD. WE GO WAY TOO EARLY FOR THE TABLES TO REALLY GET GOOD ACTION BUT I HATE TO DRIVE BACK TO DOWNTOWN.
