The M resort. A pleasant surprise!

Hey Champ,

Although I've never been there, I remember that I had read that the letter "M" in the "M Resort" belongs to the Marnell Family who were the ones who at least owned if not designed the Rio in LV! This may be why you and your wife enjoyed the rooms! I thought that you'd like to know that!

We have had the M as our #1 hotel and casino for years. We've just tried to keep it quiet!
Best room we've ever had - taking into account the Strip view. It's the only room in Vegas where we've actually spent time... We love the quiet BJ tables in the morning. And rocking to the '50's/'60's music while playing VP in the morning is our favorite pastime.
We are going next week and spending the last 2 or 3 nights here. I see where they having give-aways and free tournaments almost every day next week.
If others on here like it, that's great. Just don't share with too many others!
