M Resort Video Poker Downgrade?

My local Penn Play casino downgraded its video poker paytables on the full-pay machines. With 12 others "out of service", I'm assuming for the downgrade as well.

Are the older full-pay machines at the M outside the Raider bar still there? Also, the Knights bar had full-pay JoB. Have the paytables been changed?

We'll be in Vegas early October, staying at the Plaza and the Rio, and don't want to make the drive if there isn't any worthwhile to play.

Thanks!

Worst case is you drive out there and end up playing at South Point  =)

Im a little disappointed in the "M".   I gave them alot of play on my last trip and havent seen squat as far as offers since.

It's mostly on the Penn Play app for me, no mailers or emails. Although my wife gets emails but not as many offers in the app. It's weird.

I played at South Point a few times, never got any offers. Recently they sent me  an email offer,  10% off prevailing rates, 2 free drinks and a $20 resort credit. I think I'll pass. 😁

Hi Max.  Have you seen a downgrade in the other casinos in your local destination?

Hey Robert. I haven't with the three I frequent. Do you have a casino in mind and pay tables you like to play? I'll be up there Saturday, and if convenient, I can take a look.

Wherever you play would be great.  I'm planning to come over for a day before my upcoming knee surgery on the 26th.  I'm always looking for the VP pay tables and if there is anything that is acceptable.  Take care and take your umbrella on Saturday.

The Lodge has $1.00 full pay BP and JoB, The Gilpin has full pay $1.00 BP progressive at the bars, and Bally's has full pay $0.50 and $1.00 BP at the bar.

Once the new hotel tower opens in Dec. they might sweeten the offers to fill those rooms.  It might not hurt to stay on the radar.
