My Station offers are getting screwy, are yours??

For over a year my standard online offer(s) (at my|Stations) have been in 3 month blocks. For instance..right now I have a "up to 2 nights"offer from "4/1/2012 - 6/30/2012". Next offer is "Up to 2 free nights 5/1/2102 - 7/31/2012". Then it's gets interesting.

Starting in May the offers changed from 3 month offers to a month and 3 days i.e. it they became "up to 2 free nights 6/1/2012 - 7/3/2012". Then in June "Up to 2 free nights 7/1/2012 - 8/3/2012". 1 month plus 2 days offers

After that I got a casino specific offer from GVR for "7/3/2012-7/6/2012'. I'm thinking maybe a mailer will come explaining that this is a tourney of some sort. Since its a mid week offer.

Last week I got a Sante Fe offer for "8/31/2012 - 9/3/2012" - Friday to Monday....hmmm maybe a mailer/tourney will come with this also.

But yesterday I got the following "Hotel offer 8/31/2012 - 9/3/2012". Now it appears that for the month of August (except for 1st-3rd and the 31st), I will get nothing from Stations. And yet I have stayed at a stations casino during the past 4 years in MID-AUGUST (to celebrate LIL sis Aka "FFLOWERS" birthday which is 8/19). I'm not sure if my, lack of, August offer's is a glitch of some sort but this is getting confusing.

Oddly enough I actually have comped rooms at Paris and Ballys for my entire stay locked, but I always find time to stay (double book) at a Station property because of the superior VP, Spa (at GVR/RR) and great service from the Stations staff. August of 2011 I did 2 nights each at GVR, Sante fe and Aliante. This year it looks like I may get shut out...and I dont know why!

Champ, although I'm no expert with how Stations works, I've found my offers get better after a trip then dwindle down, I may only visit their properties once or twice a year. Sometimes, I think, one needs continuous play to keep the offers coming.

Am Platinum and got offer for 3 free ngts, 6/1-7/31 at any Station, 2x two free buffets, $50 slot play. Wife also Platinum but got 3 free ngts at any Station except GVR and RR, which was 2 free nts Sun-thur, $79 Fri and Sat, 2 free buffets and $25 slot play. Offer good 7/1-9/30. Been Gold for years but with new system we manage Platinum. We're from out-of-town.

Yep Lisa...that may be whats happening to me although in the past 1 trip in August would keep me fed until the next year. But hopefully I'll see something soon.

The 4 days in August deal just doesn't make sense to me!

I got the August 31 to September 3 offer as well, but that's not a bad offer. That's Labor Day weekend and it's probably a tournament. I am annoyed that I had something in my account a week ago that was for August 24-26 but now it's not there. It's as if they posted the offer too soon by accident. Even worse, they might have canceled the event.

I am hoping to get station offers in October when we visit.

My Station offers are screwy as well. I always have 3-4 months of offers, but for some reason my offers stop after August 3. I need to book rooms for the first week of October and I would prefer to stay at GVR or Red Rock. I've had two free nights at both properties for the past 4 years, and my $$$ spent at each property have not changed and if anything increased. Generally the first property to send me a decent offer gets my business, and the Station casinos have always been great at getting me mailers months in advance. If this is a change in Staions marketing, I don't like it.

They've changed their website, but I can't Log in on it.

But if I bring up the Old website........I'm able to Log in there.

My offers only go to Aug. 3. It says I have 5 offers, but only shows 2.

I just emailed their Contact Us, about getting a room comp late Aug. since there aren't any offers listed.

Here goes Another casino website rollout..............that doesn't work right.
