Need quick help on Red Rock buffet pricing w/MRB coupon

My mom and I are planning on hitting the RR buffet tomorrow morning. I know it's $4.99 when you present a Boarding Pass card, but I'm not sure if you can combine that with the MRB BOGO? Some threads say yes, some say no. Have we figured out the official word on this yet?

Our problem is that we're probably not going to get to RR til about 10 and the breakfast buffet ends at 10:45. We don't have Boarding Pass cards yet so we'd need to go sign up first, but if it's going to be regular price anyway then we won't bother getting a card until after we eat.

Thanks!
They're "supposed" to charge you the Boarding Pass price for one, and give you the other one free.

However, as you said, sometimes they charge you the non-boarding pass price.

There is no rhyme or reason to it - could be just the mood the cashier is in.

So, be nice, smile & hope for the best!!
And please report back to us as to how it went!

I was just at Red Rock last week, and was charged the Boarding Pass rate for one with the other buffet free.

do you know if the senior day buffet is B1G1, I will check back and also check online.
I do have a boarding pass and have used the LVA coupon in the past.
Thanks for any updates.
The deal on Senior Wednesday is half-price on dining IF you're using points to pay. This applies to all restaurants at all Stations and Fiestas, for anyone over 50 years of age.

Red Rock and (I think) GVR are currently running a promotion where you can get a buy-one-get-one buffet coupon by swiping in the kiosk on Monday-Thursday.
