All that whining for nothing.
I do not agree they were whining. It is absurd to give a customer grief over $10 in a multi-million dollar casino. My people would have given them the $10. What they are saying indicates to me that the point was not the $10 but the principle of the thing and I agree with them. Finally drmilled you must not be reading the comments as the "whining" as you call it was certainly not for "nothing."

drmill doesn't seem to understand that management generally likes to hear about complaints so they can do something about it. The result was what I expected from Orleans.
captain bill- I have no problem with complaints, But I do have a problem when someone makes a mountain out of a mole hill. Then again, I quit whining like a baby when I was a very small child- contrary to today's "adults" who cry over every little thing that does not go their immediate way.
It's pretty obvious that you do have a problem with complaints. Maybe you wouldn't consider what happened to have been worth bringing to their attention. I chose the other path, and then they made it worse. Thankfully, they then did a 180 and all is good now.
I have had problems with that slot club staff and supervisor. Quite often with free play coupons. And I think you should complain no matter how small the issue is.
Ill be at the Orleans in 5 days. If I have any problems with my coupons then I'm gonna shoot somebody!!!!!!
