Hey Stew some people have issues. I worked in NY state prisons for 10 years. Doc is a piece of cake!!

Instead of contacting the casino first about a problem that could happen to anyone, he decided to post here on the LVA webpage and wail like a child. All he had to do was return at a later time, when the computers were back up and running. But no, he decided to give the staff hell over a matter they had little control over. If my comment equate to "pretty nasty", then so be it.

As for the doc, sorry, but your comments were just rude. Some people would let a small issue like the LVA coupon go, some would try to get it addressed on general principles; the point is that neither approach is necessarily wrong. You may have a differing opinion but your sarcasm and criticism is just plain nasty, sorry. Frankly, I kind of doubt that you're a doctor, you don't seem to have the necessary regard for people.

That's correct. I didn't contact the casino that I was standing in, and, complaining to, in person.



I love the Orleans and their staff has always been accomadating. I am glad you were taken care of. As much as we as consumers get frustrated we must remember that a computer system is just that and if it was down it was down. Move on instead of trashing the place over a system failure. It happens!
