A real kick when the "resort fee" is more than the room!

And wait till you try a reservation for the middle of october. It jumps up to 49.00 on a weeknight plus resort fee!

I just did a reservation the other day for the end of October, but did the reservation through Vegas.com (as they have a double the difference back price guarantee). Was charged $44.99/nt for a Luxury Tower King, found a rate of $29.75 on Getaroom.com, so Vegas.com refunded double the difference, so I ended up paying $14.51/night (+ tax). Could have done the same guarantee, and got a Courtyard Room cheaper, but reading the reviews ... it sounds like the Tower Rooms are the way to go.

This used to be a nice place, but when I went in February it was very run down with a lot of shady characters

I hope it is as good as I last remember 2 years ago. I'm checking in there this Friday night for a 10K slot tourney!
