palace station and tuscany

Anyone stayed at either one of this hotels lately? I have a trip coming up in April and thought I might stay at one. I heard the Palace is under major renovations now which might be very disruptive or are they finished. I stayed at Tuscany last year and the rooms and building were pretty well worn. Are they redoing the rooms now?  Thanks

Anthony reported Tuscany just finished renovating all of its rooms.  Might be worth another try.
