The Palms is trying, at least

All 3:2 blackjack tables ( w/ almost tolerable rules at cheap minimums; mostly auto-shufflers), cheap live craps, and some decent offers following two visits with very moderate play. They offer several decent (99%+) VP paytables at lower denoms, too. We visited their buffet ( using the LVA 2- fer online coupon) on the last trip and gambled about 3 hours with a moderate level of spend. The buffet was very good for the price. That gambling spend now translates into $160 Free Play and $75 dining credit every two weeks according to our online account. Additionally, they're offering free rooms including some weekends (in our case we have to pay $42.99 resort fee per night, however). Comparatively,  that makes the average Strip casino earning rates and perks look as bad as they actually are, overall.

They have a bevy of decent promos, multiplier days, giveaways, buffet promos..and other perks. Plus free self-parking. So, it's no panacea gaming joint but the Palms is making some attempts to be player friendly.

Totally agree Nines.  And the place is busy as I have ever seen it .

What kind of action have you been giving them? What have your results been?
