Palms Nov 16-19

I did not have a room at the Palms but I was there 8 hours a day for 3 days- work.

If your cat or pet porcupine ever needs a job, you should send kitty or spike on down to the Palms. They will most likely get hired.

Diabolical service. It appears that employess are placed in "front of the house" positions with no training and no supervision. Every person attempts to push any job to another person. Nobody takes responsibility. Nobody is in charge.

Add to that $9 Coors Lights and $17 Crown Royal on the rocks.

I asked an employee at the front desk for "tape" to seal an envelope. You would have thought I asked for Sir Issac Newton's baby pictures. "What do you want??" "What is the envelope for?" "This isn't the Business Center- the Business Center is located on the 2nd Floor." "What is your room Number??"

Not only are the new owners doing away with a fair gamble, they are also apparently doing away with common sense.

Its a shame. Enjoyed our times there but with all the changes you and others have detailed not much chance we will return. Lets see how their "new" business model fairs in reversing Palms fortunes.
