$1 coin in equals 1 point for virtually all machines (I think there are a few full pay VP that require more dollars in for a point).
I'm pretty sure you can do this once at each casino. We only used the MSS coupon last year. I don't see any restrictions on the coupons that would prevent you from doing this at each property. The only restrictions I see are once per year, per person...no holidays.....only good for breakfast and lunch not dinner.
