Question concerning M Casino promotions

Just a quick question. Do you actually need to bring in the flyers that M sends out in order to redeem the offers? I get the $20 free play per day, and the weekly bottle of wine offers. The thing is, I rarely get them in time before my actual trip. Are the offers coded to your players card so you don't actually need a coupon?

Based on my past experience at the M, you need the coupon for the room and buffet offer. The free play is automatically loaded so no need to stop at the players club for that. The gifts are on your card, so just show your card at the players club - coupon isn't necessary.

I disagree. I believe you need the coupons in hand for the freebies. The only time you wouldn't need the coupon is for the FP that is downloaded to your card. You could always call the M promotions people and ask.

I know when we booked our room for our upcoming trip, they told us to be sure to have the coupons we would be using.

Only coupon I ever needed was Buffet..............with No line pass. grrrrr

The Players Club booth doesn't need your coupons for the Freebies. They are already
listed in your acct. But it makes it alittle easier for the boothling IF you have which one you want
to redeem in your posesscion. But its NOT necessary.

Like mentioned above, your Freeplay is already Loaded which is nice.
You Don't have to go to the booth to get it. And you Don't have to be registered at the hotel.

I've only stayed at M on a comp offer. Booked it by calling & gave me my Conf. #.
Front desk Didn't ask for a coupon when I checked in. They just looked up my name.

I always have my paper coupons- hit it last time so I got the beginning of Jan. and the second half freeplay and gift(s) whoo-hoo
but I know what you mean- they mail out late to non-locals

Having it makes it easier for them- but still you need your card and ID.. they DO know via the computer what your offers are.
