Resort fee at Gold Coast

Anyone know if you have to pay the resort fee on a comped room at the Gold Coast? It's not a big deal, it's only $3, I was just curious. First time we will be staying there, after reading about the remodeled rooms, I'm looking forward to it!

I had to pay the resort fee on comped rooms at Orleans when I was there last month, so I would assume you have to at the Gold Coast!

We were at the GC in June. There was no resort fee on comped rooms at that time.

Ditto for me in March. No resort fee at GC nor at the Orleans!!

Never had to pay a resort fee at any of Boyds properties, and were there a lot.

I never had to pay a resort fee at the Gold Coast or Orleans.

I stayed at the Orleans on comp nights in April and May and did not pay any resort fees.

Sounds like you got screwed!

I know there have been a few times that the resort fee has shown up on my bill when I check out of a comped room and I simply ask the desk clerk to take it off.
