Running out of time for July Stations mailer

We leave for Vegas on Saturday, July 2nd, and still no sign of the July mailer that will have our 2 for 1 buffet coupons... I'd hate to go to Vegas for my one week a year, just to come home and see them go unused sitting in my mailbox.

Anyone have any idea if I take the June mailer (which expires 6/30) to the rewards desk and explain that the July mailer never came that they might make good on the coupons? Suggestions?

The rewards center cannot reproduce missing mailed coupons. How do you know you were sent a July mailer? Maybe you weren't. The rewards center can look in your account and see if you were supposed to get one, but again, cannot reprint the coupons if, indeed, they were mailed to you.

I don't know for sure that I will get one, except that I have gotten one every month for the past year-plus... And if our trip was in the middle of the month, I wouldn't be worried about it... Until recently, the coupons were always good for a couple of months, but the last few have been month-specific... I received the June coupons on or around June 1st... So if the July ones come after the 1st this month, I won't be able to use them...

I know I'm really just worried about maybe 20 bucks in savings, but hey... That's a couple of meals I wouldn't have to worry about covering. Somehow, we'll go on! Thanks for your response...

Have you looked at your player card account at https://www.mystation.com ? Generally the offers are listed there. It should say something like "Two Free Nights" or "Three Free nights" with the dates. It doesn't specifically mention the buffet coupons, but it is the regular monthly offer.

There is another discussion of this problem a few topics below under "My Station offer disappeared" or similar. Most of us who were waiting for the mailed offer have already received them. I got mine while I was away in Las Vegas, so it was on or before the 24th of June when I received them (Texas). The current room offer is July - September, but the buffets are only good through July 31. I hope you get yours soon.

Oh yes - I received the room offer at mystation... Just hoping the mailer that goes with it gets here by Friday!

Good luck on getting your mailer by Friday Matt! Some of my "mailers" eventually morphed into spelled out offers in "my|stations". However I currently have a Sante Fe offer that begins 7/1 and ends 9/30 and all it says is those dreaded words..."be our special guest with this hotel offer. See your mailer for more details".No mailer as of today! Fortuanly I don't need a room at Sante Fe this friday! I would,however, gladly trade my 2 comped nights at Main street Station 8/26-28th for 2 nights at Sante Fe if it shows up soon.

Not sure where you live, Matt, but I'm in Chicago and just got my mailer yesterday.

Tough system. You get a mailer that, for most of us (non-locals who live in places like Chicago, Buffalo etc) to take adavantage of requires planing with regards to airfare, budget, tranportation etc, and it goes into effect in less 48 hours.

My July mailer came last week. It was my address and my player's card number, but a completely wrong name. I hope I'm not messed up in their system now - we'll see what happens next month.
