My Stations offers run mid month to mid month. The current one, June 16 - July 15 offered fewer comped rooms, buffets and free play. I booked a room for this past weekend using the previous offer and was not able to use the $10 of fsp on the new offer because I did not use that offer to book the room. Previously, I was offered $30 in fsp twice a month. Ironically, after having a loosing trip 3 months ago at Red Rock, I was contacted by one of their hosts.
I vaguely remember being able to use fsp without being booked on a room offer. Also, you cannot use the POV coupon or the coupon they gave us for a free appetizer with entree purchase at Sonoma Steakhouse (Sunset Station) if you are having one of the specials, i.e. prime rib dinner for $14.99. You can however, charge the meal to your room and use the value of your points to your room charges. Had they honored the coupons, we would have ordered more, wine, dessert, etc. I asked the restaurant mgr to share my comments with upper management. He said he hears this all the time and sends emails to the food & beverage director.
