Sams Town birthday w/e

After receiving the poor offer for April-May-June, we have booked rooms at other places-all comped, food, free play etc for our April/May and July/August trips. Now we receive an offer from Sams for a birthday w/e with various enticements. Has anyone done this before and is it worth it or is it a bad dinner with a cheap gift. Possible double book since we're in Vegas that w/e anyway.
