Sams Town or Gold Coast Rooms

Who has the better rooms of the two? Also, are the pools nice at these two places?

Both have small pools with the nod going to the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast rooms have been renovated - upper floors just about the time the economy crashed, lower floors in the past year or so. I don't know when or if Sam's rooms have ever been renovated, but I am pretty sure Washington slept in the bed in our room shortly after crossing the Deleware.

Sam's has been renovated. The beds are so comfy that I came home called Serta and told them were we stayed and they could pull up the exact style and we ordered one. We love Sam's Town!

I'd opt for Sams too. I like their rooms much better and I feel more at home in their casino. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And Billy Bobs is a great steakhouse!

I get free room offers at both, but Sam's Town has over 100% video poker games, so if it's a choice between the two, I'll go with Sam's Town. The rooms themselves are fine at both properties.
