Sounds as if the time bracket is meant to drive restaurant business during early-dinner hours. While this makes sense, it is overly restrictive and is also a pain given the traffic issues during those times. I would never make a trip there (even while staying at Tuscany) to get whatever the gift is. Walking or driving, no matter.
I would think they'd get a really gender-skewed demographic with testicle crushers. Maybe offer an alternative gift every other week, like a titty twister (homage -- From Dusk to Dawn). Bring in the men a bit.
