Silverton suite vs bottom level room at the top tier properties?

After doing some research on the casino websites it looks like I could get a nice room by booking an 800 sq. ft. suite at Silverton for less money than a bottom level room at Wynn, Palazzo, or Bellagio. We have stayed at Wynn and Palazzo/Venetian in their basic rooms on special occasions, which is the only time we can justify paying those prices(never been comped)
Even if we move up a few room levels at places like Mirage, Planet Hollywood, Mandalay Bay etc. It seems to me we would be getting more room for less money at Silverton.
What do you guys think? We are aware of Silverton's location and that is not an issue.
I see there have been some lookers at my post but no responses, I was hoping to get some insight from some people who had stayed in one of the Silverton suites.
You might post this question on the "Palms, Others" forum. I don't know Silverton.

If you click the LVA link above for "Casinos and Rooms" and then "Hotels", scroll down and select Silverton, there is a very positive review posted by someone about Silverton. Good luck.
These are from a few years ago but I don't think they've changed at all. Scroll about 1/2 way down the page for the suite.
