Something Big is Coming

On September 15th, Station Casinos will roll out an entirely NEW Boarding Pass program. Details to follow ...
Hey Sue,

I actually hope that this "something big" that is coming is not something that is actually bad for the players (like casinos claiming to make things better for players but actually make them worse by lowering the return offered) but actually is something that is verifiably decent!

Let's hope it stops treating tourists like locals, and give us 1 year to maintain their status (Boyd does). It's difficult, if not impossible, for most of us tourists to renew status every 90 days.

Mmmm. I do hope it works in my favor as a "regular" visitor! I'm there about 6-8 times a year.

A new slot club. Great which benefits are being downgraded... I mean improved!

The only reason I am not being more sarcastic is because the current club is so bad for visitors the only way to make it worse would be to have none at all
yeah, (hopefully that is) and we will be there on the 17th so we will probably at least stop at a stations property and check out the BIG change
Boarding Pass members WON"T be charged resort fees on their rooms?
We will know in a week, but the following was posted on another board:

According to a high-ranking Station Casinos executive, the company is planning to launch, within the next 10 days and with some fanfare, a substantially revamped players club program that seeks to put Station on a more-competitive footing with its major locals competition in the area.
While I was only given general information, it appears the program will include some variation of the following elements:

A consolidated players club card, including the Fiesta properties, that makes it easier for card-holders to use at all Station properties, including more than 50 restaurants and fast-food outlets.

An improved point-award program that competes more effectively with other casinos’ programs that award points at a higher level per dollar put through the machines.

Adjusted players-club levels that make it easier to achieve and maintain a higher standing.

Stretched-out time frames that allow players more time to hold and benefit from the points they accrue.
It will be what it will be.

I go twice a year and they do fine by me.
The Stations have been generous with me over the years in terms of free play, offers , meals , gifts and rooms. I will be happy which ever way it goes with the program. Should they tighten up...... beautiful I wont go in as much and I then am a guaranteed winner. Should it loosen up well then..... business as usual!!! Taking advantage of offers does not translate to walking out of the door with money actually it is quite the opposite. Which ever way it goes I am happy!
