I also have not received an e-mail offer. I have tried to talk with someone at South Point concerning this matter but I have yet to receive a reply. I wonder if anyone here has had any luck with getting the free room offer?

as noted in my 3/20 replay, we did receive the e-mail offer and had no issue booking our free room for a thursday in late june.
