That seems better than previous versions, because you can get nine spins per week. If the average spin is $20, that's 0.66+.

Played the maximum 9000 points on video poker today which is the first day of this promotion. Got $15 and $10 free play and 2500 points. $32.50 / 9000 = .36%

The six spin amounts add up to $205, so if each was equally likely, the average spin would be $34.66. But we know (or strongly suspect, at least) that the $100 and $50 spins are much less likely than the lower amounts. Still, it seems like the spins you got were below average. I am, however, upon reflectkon, thinking that SP's promos have always been pretty finely tuned so that they return to the player about 0.3%, or a doubling of the regular value of the points earned. If that's the case, then the average spin value would be more like $12.

More research is needed. Keep playing :)

Mrs. Don and I did the three spins yesterday. We got 2,500 points (3x), 5,000 points, $10 FP and $15 FP.

This equates to $62.50 and a return of .35%.

Well, that certainly conforms to the value of their previous promos.

As you're a frequent player there, how well do they treat you with mailers?

Only played 6000 points today and got $10 + $10 free play. 20 / 6000 = .33%

Yesyerday for our six spins we got 2,500 points (2x), $10 FP (2x) and $15 FP (2x). This equates to $65 for a .36 return. Cumulative value is $127.50 far 12 spins or a 3.54% return,

Kevin - about the mailers. We concentrate our play one one card to get good monthly mailers. Typical mailer is $300 FP ($75 per week x 4), $150 food comp. $80 food comp ($40 x 2), 2 buffets and 2 show tickets. We usually use the $150 at the steakhouse and the $80 at the oyster bar.

So when you say "concentrate your play," does that mean that you play on each card whatever is necessary to qualify for a promo, and then any further play will be on one card, with each of you playing with duplicates of that "boss" card? Do you routinely put in play over and above whatever it takes to get the promo amount?

The mailer bennies you mention--are they on your "boss" card alone or combined? What's your coin-in to get those mailers at that level? And...does the quality of your mailer appear to be influenced by your recent results?

The reason I'm asking all this is that I play solo, and I'm wondering how many hours I'd need to put in to reach your mailers level. Obviously, you're able to generate twice the playing hours that I can. I would generally play at .25, but I suppose I could up it to .50--but game selection isn't quite as good at that level, and I would be concerned about higher volatility in terms of absolute amounts.

Thanks for any insight you can offer. Those bennies you're getting are much better than anything they've ever offered me, even with heavy play. But that could be because you're a local.
