Hence the .15%

FWIW.  Played enough $1 vp to get one spin.  Received 5,000 points. No wild royals or five of a kind.  Rough session.  Will give it another run on Friday.

Last week when I was in Vegas, I put thru a lot of money and received just one spin which gave me $15. I was pleased to get the money, even though I would have liked to have received more. My overall take is - any money/points I receive for my play is a bonus. I am not pleased with the downgrading of earned points, as I am sure everyone else is in agreement. So we have 2 choices, as I see it - (1) accept what is, or (2) don't play. Complaining will not change what has been done. This is the reality, whether we like it or not.

How could you put through a lot of money and only get one spin?

I was moving around and I played over several different days. I was sitting next to a man playing the $1 progressive and he got 3 spins in less than an hour. We could not understand why.

From the operator's perspective, 1 point per 2 dollars coin-in for play on super low hold videopoker games is still much better than 1 point per dollars on one of those slots with average returns between 92 and 95.5 per cent. Even a place like Southpoint is not giving away the farm but if you think about it's still one of the best places to play in Las Vegas.  Perhaps they will come up with more multiplier days this year as this could make a difference. Station has multipliers but only for "invited locals", so that's not so good for regular players that are not invited, but then again, if Southpoint comes with multiplier days, then it's all good.

Latest results:

Monday 1/26 - $60 FP for Mrs. Don and $40 for me.

Wednesday 1/28 - $100 FP for Mrs. Don and $45 for me

Cumulative results:

$672.50 for both of us. Played 8 days. So...8 x $6,000 x 2 = $96,000 coin-in. This equates to a return of .7%.

So for NSUD  - 99.73% return + .7% +.15% brings the total return to 100.58%.

Can someone please verify my calculations. It's 5am here in Las Vegas and I'm on my first cup of coffee! Thanks.
