So, 1. Very South Point--y, in that the promo is near-worthless to visitors; 2. Better than some SP promos, as much of the time, they've only been worth 0.33%, but this one is $100 for $16K coin-in, or 0.625%; 3. Follows their stupid crap policy of being restricted to only certain weekdays.
I'm valuing the gifts at $0, but of course on occasion, it'll be something you actually want.
Two stars, due to the essential exclusion of non-locals. There are times when I think that joint actively discourages out-of-towners.

Totally agreed. I haven't been going to SP now for the last few trips.
