Oh I am, they are not helping me and it isn't like I've had some big winning trip either lately.
I'm going to give them some play this next trip (this week) and then see how they treat me in May when I come with the family for like 5 nights there.
The last time I talked to "my" host there, I meekly asked if I could get casino rate for a four-day weekday stay. She reacted like I had asked her for the crown jewels. I felt like Oliver Twist asking for more gruel.
South Point is still a great place to eat and gamble, but boy, have they treated me like shit over the last few years. And not very politely, either. I asked another (parasitic) host if my $20 million lifetime coin-in meant anything to them. She literally laughed at me.
I do recommend the joint to friends, but caution them that they may not wind up being treated the way they might have been at other casinos they've patronized. It's a stark contrast with Four Queens, which does treat you like a valued customer, not just gum on their shoe.
Of course, my lifetime win/loss there may have something to do with it; I'm actually ahead by about $2000, even though I "should have" booked about a $5000 loss, given my action, outside of comps and redeemed points.
