Southpoint mailers?

Update  I did get a mailer for April, May and June with 2 nights $20 FP and $20 resort credits.  When I called reservations to book, she told me my third night would be comped also.  Works for me!

How much do you put through the machines on a normal trip if you don't mind me asking?  I know it comes down to types of games played as well.  That is the same offers I get Susan.

If you don't mind me asking, how much do you put through the machines on a typical trip? I'm aware that it also comes down to the types of games played. Susan receives the same offers.

I usually play 6 - 8 hours a day, mostly .25 but also some .50 and $1.  Some slots too.  On my last trip, I called the host office and got 2 show tickets comped upfront and 2 more while we were there.  Charged our food to the room and got that comped too.  It was a great stay.

That's around what I put through a day there Susan.  I usually play $.50.  Smart doing some slots.  I always say I'm going to do that and then never get around to it.

I try to mix in some goober action every place I play. The idea is, I'll get rated higher. But of course, I limit it to very small bets, because who wants to play ANY game where the house takes 10 percent? So I don't know whether it has any real effect.

I'm given to understand that video blackjack and bubble craps are rated like slot action, even though the house edges are much lower. I may try that here and there around town next time I visit. Two elements come into play: first-time offers are usually more generous than subsequent offers (they don't know yet if, despite your minimal play so far, you're really a Benjamins-spewing idiot), and slot players get more goodies than VP or table games players (and well they should).

I have a South Point experiment going--I simply don't receive mailers from them, and never have--though occasionally I do get offers, which I have to find out about through my host. I recently played there one evening and went -$250 at .25 NSUD, in a shockingly short period of time--so not all that much coin-in. Will I get anything from them--even a jar of warm spit? Or a coupon redeemable for a jar of warm spit? Time will tell. (I have a LOT of play there lifetime, so I really can't understand why they treat me as if I barely exist.)

I think they go off results just as much as $ through the machines and theoretical.  Mine have been dropping but I'm also playing a lot more poker these days and less VP.  Time will tell.
