Station's Mailer -- or lack thereof

I get the online room comp offer from Boulder Station on the sclv website, but it says to check my mailer for the offer code. That mailer comes very late and sometimes not at all. Sometime down the line I get an email with touts the offer once again, but this time the offer code is listed which allows me to go ahead with the booking. Do others experience the same thing? Is there a way to get that code on a timely basis? Does anyone know what the 4th quarter offer code is for Boulder Station? Thanks. (P.S. Why in the world don't they just put the offer code in the original notification?!)

I was fairly sure you could just call them and they would look up the offer for you, so I did.

I just made a reservation at Red Rock, I told the operator there was an offer listed by no offer code. I gave
her the dates of the offer and she read the offer to me and booked the room.

I believe in the past I have just called and asked if I had any offers outstanding for the dates I
wanted to stay and they looked them up also.

Calling or e-mailing a host, the marketing department, or central reservations and asking what the offer is for and getting the code seemed like reasonable approaches, but I received no responses. I then spoke with a nice gal at the rewards center, and although it took awhile for her to work through the computer system to get the code, she did so and I went on to book successfully. I guess it's just a matter of who you get in any of those departments, but just wanted to pass on that in my case it was the rewards center that was able --or willing -- to take the time to provide the information.

I tried to book a new one off my account (with no offer code, of course) and the gal couldn't find it. Said I would have to wait for the mail piece. I'll give it a couple of more days and than email a host...but I havn't been impressed with the host at RR for the last couple of years.

The Oct to Dec code for Green valley ranch is H4XGV5 and for Red Rock it is H4XRR5 hope this helps.

Anybody know what the code is for Sunset Station for Oct - Dec? I have an offer, but (of course), no code.

Finally got the mail offer yesterday...2 weeks after it appeard on the web with no code. Turned out RR was "sold out" for days I needed, so ended up with GVR.
