Stations Take Proactive Approach

TB- check your Online offers. Stations made their site more user friendly for booking rooms.
Much better!
Plus can get Win/Loss statements on there now. MUCH better.

that's crap-- you played your little dealt diamond progressive 10-play royal heart out last trip!!
I agree with JM. Somethings rotten in Denmark.

You should call & find out what the Prob is. Update your address?
They have you listed as deceased? lol
Somethings Not right.

I'm tellin ya
I never show up on anyone's radar. I seldom get offers. Got two from Main Street Station once. I've gotten three from 4 Queens for $50 rooms. The one exception is in bad times, Orleans will send me cheap/free rooms every year or so. Always midweek.

Can't see talking to Station Casinos doing any good.
Tennis bum

If you really want offers, keep your play to one casino a day, don't jump around. Don't play more than one day at that casino, can casino for day 2, day 3 etc...

Of course if you love doing the opposite then go for it!
TB, you stayed & played at Sunset, didn't you? Then you Should be on the radar & get Something!
Even if its only discounted rooms or buffets.
The fact you aren't getting anything? I don't get it. Neither does 'Cat.

Still think you should Call & ask.
Let them know when your Next trip is, and ask What offers can I get?

Call & act dumb. Haven't we taught you anything?
TB, call and speak to a host, who will look up your play from your last visit. Perhaps you had a "short day" during your time in town, which may have wrecked your average daily theo. Perhaps they have the wrong mailing address for you, or maybe your account accidentally says "no mail." Things happen. A host can give you more information.

Another thought -- you were there in January. January play generates March mailers, so maybe you'll get one at the end of Feb./beginning of March.
Call and act dumb? I'm not blonde. I can't do that.
We'll see come March whether there are offers.

Because they did mess up with the room, I've got a customer service rep to contact the next time I stay at Sunset. Don't know if I ever will. I used to stay there a lot (4 or 5 weekends a year).
No need to act dumb. Calling a host is smart, not dumb.
