Strange thing about newest (January) Station offers on MyStation.com

If you achieved Gold during the period of July 1, 2011 through Dec. 31, 2011, your tier level (status credits) is good until June 30, 2012. Any status credits you earned during this period over and above the 1,000 needed for Gold will roll over into the next 6-month period, to give you a headstart on maintaining or increasing your level in that period.

Tier level is always good for the period in which you earn it PLUS the next 6-month period.

Your points (not the same as status credits) will not expire unless there is no activity on your account for an entire year. Earning as little as 1 point during a year will keep your points active.
Sue, thanks for always explaining the system.
Yeah, Thanks Sue, because thats Not what it says online.
Online Acct. says my Status/Tier points Expire 12/31.
They would only expire 12/31 if you did not earn 1,000 credits between July and December of this year.

Sue, unless there is some fine print somewhere?
This is copied directly from mystation acct.

"You've earned 14,829 Total Status Credits this period (Jul - Jan).
You have 0 Rollover Status Credits from this period.
You have 14,829 Total Status Credits.
You are at Gold status and can enjoy these Gold Card benefits through Jan 1st, 2012"

Doesn't say I'm Gold beyond Jan. 1

That's wrong. I don't know how these things happen (we have nothing to do with the website and can't address guests' problems with it -- all we can do is tell people to click on "contact us"). I'm sure if I looked up your account in my computer, it would say you have 14,829 credits for the period of July-Dec. You have achieved Gold status and will retain it until June 30, 2012. In addition, 13,829 (the "overage") will roll over into the Jan-June 2012 period to give you a head start on maybe getting to Platinum. If you don't get that number up to 40,000 by June 30, you will at least remain Gold until 12/31/2012. If you go over 40,000 in that period, the "overage" will roll over into the July-Dec. 2012 period. And so on ...
My play was at RR, so I went online & did Contact us, couple days ago. Nothing yet.
I did the contact us 4 different times with problems I had and have not heard anything from them. This was in Sept. and Oct. I'm at the Plat. level and I get Sun. -Thur. with 2-4-1 buffet? What a joke.
I used the contact us with a complaint about Red Rock completely cutting off my free room comps in the mailer coupons. I am not a local and have been comped at Red Rock on three different trips in the last six months. I am platinum, right on the edge of making President.

I got a reply the next day. I don't know why I got a reply and others didn't, but it is frustrating to say the least! I was actually offended that my comps were cut off completely at my favorite casino. It wasn't a matter of not enough play.

My husband, who is only gold, gets much better offers than me. I am the player out of us two. I was thinking maybe it is man vs women kind of thing. Station automatically assumes the man has more income and is therefore the bigger gambler. WRONG!
Offering comps to players who play a little is quite common with casinos. They are trying to entice them to come in and play MORE.

You, on the other hand, are already a pretty big player and would probably do better to contact a host to get your comps.
