Wanda, as a local, the only way to switch your monthly offers back to the "multi-properties" (Red Rock, Texas, Boulder, Palace, Sunset, and Santa Fe) is to play at those places more than you play at Aliante. Offers from the "multi-properties" are good at any of the 6 casinos, including multi-points and free play. Changing your "preponderance" will take at least 2 months to happen, BTW, since monthly mailers are based on play from 2 months prior.
Aliante and GVR will never be included with the multi-properties as long as Greenspun Corp. owns part of them. If a player were to have XPC good at Aliante, for example, and if he were to be able to go to Santa Fe to play that free play, some of the casino's profit from that day will go to Greenspun. Stations don't want that to happen.
Offers to out-of-towners are different. If you play and stay at Aliante during a visit, you'll likely receive a future offer from Aliante. But if you also played a decent amount at Red Rock during your time in town, you may receive an offer from them, as well. Or, you could receive an offer that's good at all 8 Stations, including Aliante and GVR. I've seen people with various kinds of out-of-state mailers.
