Things Are Looking Up at Aliante

I didn't access the website via LVA. I went to www.stationcasinos.com and clicked on "Aliante" in the list of properties.
I've never been charged a resort fee on a comped room at Aliante, GVR or Red Rock.

When booking online, theres a page that list the terms and conditions of the reservation. At the top, it says resort fee is waived or language to that effect. Print that page and bring it with you. You see that page before the page that details your reservation.

At the hotel, the resort fee usually shows as a line item then is taken off. Occassionally, you might have to ask the Associate at the front desk to remove it.

When I stayed at Aliante in Feb on a comp, I was not charged a resort fee. However, if I had wanted internet access, I had the option of paying $5.99 per day. I seem to recall someone posting something similar re GVR so it may be a Stations policy.

Charging for internet is a fairly new Stations policy.

Santa Fe Station has the $5.99 policy also, Red Rock says $14.99, but it can be waived if you have your best smile working.

Great news for Sue and A, glad to hear it. My old host, Merari Contreras, has just gone there from Santa Fe.
Give her a try. She'll shower you with so much................ Well, better let her decide that. Congrats, Sue, more VP bankroll on the way!!!!!! Have to wonder why you travel all over town to get away from about the best VP in town. All you have to do is change into boots, jeans and a tight fitting t-shirt and play right there. You have the greenest grass in town is what I'm sayin.
I'd love to play at Aliante, but I'm not allowed to have a Boarding Pass, and I won't play anywhere without a players card, lol. I need to get something (usually free meals) back for all my "donations!"

Merari is great, as are Aliante's other hosts, Mando and Jennifer. I think we have a great team -- the hosts AND the Rewards Center staff.
Sign up as SUSAN CASEY-they'll never catch you. Why no boarding pass? I can see no tournaments, etc. but you should be able to play the machines at the same level as everyone else. I know-never question "why" because...........there is no answer. Hey, you're a pro, hitting royals almost on a daily basis, so........play on my card and I'll kick back the .1. Deal? On second thought, I don't want them thinking I'm actually winning! You'd mess up my loss-loss.
People who work in the rewards center are not allowed to have a card or play on anyone else's card. We have access to people's records, points, issue comps, etc. Most team members below supervisor level are allowed to play on cards. I think we're probably the only ones who aren't, lol. All team members are prohibited from participating in tournaments and drawings, though.

What's a royal?
If you play fpdw that more than makes up for the .1. Yes, it's boring, but you're still in the casino having fun.
