Ok so I finally contacted the slot club. They said I needed to register my player account number without the zeroes (there are 2 zereos at the start of the number). Had no idea how to do it so wrote them back. You click on "already a member" on the forgot password area. It will come up and ask for your player number and your DOB. I entered my player number without the 2 zeroes and entered my DOB. They then ask for a new password and to reenter to confirm it. Once that was done and accepted I then logged into the player club with my number, now minus the 2 zeroes, and the won/loss statement function worked just fine for this year and last. Don't try just logging in without the zeroes unless you have registered the account without them as it will just fail.
