The M has a Platinum lounge. The M has different rules and point structures than the non LV Penn National casinos do, and points earned at the M cannot be used at non LV casinos. So, it would not surprise me if someone who qualifies for Producer Lounge access MAY not quality for the M Platinum lounge.
