Venetian/Palazzo loyalty survey

Has anyone else received this in email?

I got one today and when I just went to click on it to take the survey, it said it had expired. Huh? The email clearly says the survey is valid through Feb. 3. I was hoping to share my thoughts on their illustrious company as well as get the $25 in slot credits they're offering for a completed survey.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else...

They got slammed so hard they took it down?? LOL

Seriously, I think that might be the case!

And shockingly, no one from guest services called me today with an explanation (I called the Grazie desk last night, they, of course, were clueless, so a nice guy asked his manager what to do, took my info and said guest services would call me today...but we all know the probability of that!).

I couldn't even find the Grazie booth last time I popped in there.
