It looks like, um, a casino. The level of fanfare appropriate to this occasion is about the same as when the 53rd McDonald's in your city opens its doors to the public.
Whee.
NIce pics. Hard Rock was the Vegas hot spot for a few years until it got one-upped by other hot spots. Thats going to be the key for Virgin because, lets face it, that location sucks. IF they've got some good food options and reasonable Video Poker (and matchplay coupons) I'll probably be one to pay a regular visit.
From what I've read the video poker ain't reasonable.
From the pictures and videos, it looks like they were letting in LOTS of people who clearly weren't virgins. More false advertising!
They should revive Sunday Rehab at the pool. Might gin up some business. Abnormally huge boobies are still in, right?
If they don't let somebody drown. I missed that episode...was the person 'overserved'??
Some history, please. I might have the wrong hotel, it was a while ago.

I think that might have been the Palms, but I'm not sure. "Cognitively challenged drunken bozos baking in the sun" is a theme that has been applicable to several Vegas pool locations.
And yes, rest assured, boobs will never go out of style. And as far as drowning goes---surely, huge boobs serve as flotation devices...?
It wasn't Palms. Pretty sure it was Hard Rock. A 'reality show' filmed at the pool, featuring well endowed beautiful people wearing the skimpiest possible bathing suits in and out of the pool, aired on Sundays I think. Used to be mentioned here on LVA from time to time, which is how I learned of it. I believe the 'event' was a death, which ended the show (not scripted), but I could be wrong. Like most reality shows, was pretty clearly scripted, lots of employee drama (bartenders, CWs, Security staff, lifeguards, etc.) as they argued among themselves. They had to have the drama to make a TV show out of it, of course, other than the boobie parades.
