I'll have more on this in the coming weeks since we are staying at the Westgate weekend after next.
I have never used the parking garage at the Westgate. Our last trip we parked in the sportsbook lot. Years ago we would either use the freeValet or just self park in the front I know the sportsbook lot is frowned upon for long term parking, but used to be convient for the secret elevators on the East tower. Is the valet still free ?

Yeah, still free. The Sportsbook lot has a gate now, at least it did last Christmas when we were there. We use the valet most times.
Thanks Edso. The guy at the gate in the sportsbook lot just waves you in. No problem parking there but don't try to take in your luggage. It is really meant for short term parking
Parking garage, Sportsbook lot and valet are all now charging for parking at Westgate. Valet is $20 a day, but diamond and platinum cardholders can get it validated at the diamond club check in room, just ro the left of the registration area. Platinum and diamond can also get the parking garage and Sportsbook lot validated. Sportsbook does their own validation. Not sure of the parking fee for the garage and lot, but they do have people checking cars that come in.
Thanks Edso. They just waved us in at the sportsbook lot last week.

With the championship tournaments taking place, they know they will make money in the book. Also, cheer and volleyball tournaments taking place in Vegas.
I find thats true with many of the casinos. Its almost like how the wind is blowing on any given day determines if they charge for parking or not. El Cortez and Cosmopolitan are examples I've come accross.
