Wynn red card free buffet

So i hear Wynn has a promotion for new Red card sign-ups where you get a free buffet. Anybody know any details? Like is it automatic just for signing up or do you have to put in a certain amount of play? Than ks for all replies.

2 buffets @ 150 pts ($1350 coin-in for VP)
Spin the prize wheel @ 500 pts (virtually always $10 free play)
2 comps to buffet or Society Cafe @ 650 pts

Must be earned within 24 hours I think.

Fade- Whats the distinction between 150 points VS. 650 points? Isn't one for new signups?

I believe that new signups ONLY are eligible for the 2 free buffets at 150 points. After that, I believe 650 points for any Red Card holder. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will be quick to point it out.
